I first worked with Louise at Soundbite Media on a video promo for client Berkeley Global. She was tasked with the job of turning an abstract concept (mobile password authentication) into an engaging 90 second video for the clients website. http://showup.global/ As director she was great and very quickly had a script approved and shoot list organised. Louise ensured the video was produced within budget, on time and to the exact requirements of a challenging brief. I do not hesitate in giving Louise a referral as her skills and personality will make any project a joy to be involved in.

I have everything positive and absolutely nothing negative to say about Louise. No-one outputs a programme better. Louise from Soundbite Media delivered several sessions on our summer NCS programme to young people who were designing and developing social action projects. The sessions focused on using social media to promote their projects and was incredibly useful for the young people. Louise’s sessions were fun and informative and provided the young people with practical information and tips for running a social media campaign as part of their project. Louise’s professional experience combined with her engaging delivery style made this workshop an excellent addition to our programme. We have rebooked Louise for our next programme and would highly recommend her to others!

As the voice of the station Lou is a self-confessed ‘one of the girls’ and eats, sleeps and breathes the brand, and she is brilliant at interacting with customers and employees. Lou’s knowledge, professionalism, creativity and presenting style has contributed to the success of the service this includes enhancing sales and increasing customer dwell time in store. We have received positive feedback via surveys that demonstrates her on air personality creates a positive shopping experience. Lou is our dedicated DJ on Superdrug LIVE and has been with us since the launch in 2012… Lou’s presenting skills are great and her persona really fits with our brand, our staff and customers love the show and Lou. Lou’s understanding of our brand and our aims is spot on and she goes above and beyond gearing up on what’s current for us and on the high street.
